9. BUSINESS FILINGS & START-UP

$225.00 New Business Start-up plus county, state & city fees if applicable. The notary is included.

We file your LLC, DBA, or Inc, register your business with the city or county, obtain all permissible permits, FBNS, EIN. We also ensure all your information is correct in every entity.

$550.00 Build My Business

You receive everything in the New Business Start-Up plus we help build your business credit, give you advice on trademarks and copyright and start the application process for you. We will also assist with website content. Examples would be ensuring you have the appropriate sales tax, entering inventory product descriptions and variants.

Starting a new business? Allow us to file all your required documents such as Fictitious Business Statements, register with the Secretary of State, request your EIN with the IRS, obtain your city, or county business licenses. etc. We'll handle this while you build your audience and your brand!

10. DOCUMENT FILING & RETRIEVAL

DOCUMENT RETRIEVAL/ COURIER: $75 we will retrieve your documents from the public, state, etc. entities.
DOCUMENT FILING: $75 we will file your prefilled documents to their prospective location.
PREPARE DOCUMENTS/ SERVE/ FILE $400.00 for filling out the documents, notarizing, and serving the documents to the other party.

10. UNCLAIMED MONEY:

10% of the total value of the retrieved property.
